I accept changes maximum of 3 times, after that extra fee will be charged ( $5-$10 per time )
If you want more person, charge more 90% in total ( not include bg )
If you're already on my list but you wanna refund, I'll only refund 50% total
I do not accept refunds once I've started working on the commission.
For personal commission, redistribution/ reproduction nor commercial usage of the image are strictly prohibited for both parties.
Please always credit me as @BlackMieu when you post my art on social media
I will ask for your permission before posting a watermarked sample of your commission publicly, you have the right to agree or decline.

If you want to use commission for commercial purposes/promote personal images, you must notify me ( printing products for events offline, making avatars, banners, point points online, etc ). I will charge x3
